1. Who we are
SaiSoft makes devotional apps for Android, such as Hanuman Chalisa, Durga Mantra, Kubera Mantra and Lakshmi Mantra (all of them are listed on our home page). This policy applies to all of our apps and to this website. "We", "us" and "our" mean SaiSoft. Some features below exist only in some apps; we say so where that's the case.
2. What we collect and why

We don't access your contacts, photos, files, messages, call log, camera or microphone. Our server never stores your location, apart from the Panchang location you choose, which is part of your settings backup when you're signed in.
3. Google services we use
These services are run by Google LLC, which handles the data they collect under Google's Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services).
- Firebase Analytics: how the app is used (screens, events, app version, device type and an app instance ID), so we can improve it.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports (device model, Android version, app version and what went wrong), so we can fix bugs.
- Firebase Remote Config and Cloud Firestore: deliver app settings and the daily horoscope text. Reading the horoscope uses an anonymous Firebase sign-in with no personal details.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivers notifications.
- Google AdMob: shows banner ads. Google may use your phone's advertising ID and other device information to show and measure ads.
- Sign in with Google: only if you choose to sign in.
4. Where your data is kept
Our own server (api-god.saisoft.cc) is hosted by Hetzner and reached through Cloudflare. Every connection between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS), and only we can access the server. Data collected by Google services is stored by Google.
5. How long we keep it
- Anonymous app account: while you use the app. We may remove accounts that haven't been used for a long time.
- Google-linked account, settings backup and listening time: until you delete your account.
- Online counter: about 6 minutes.
- Promotion records: only as long as we need them for statistics.
- Support emails: as long as we need them to help you.
- Google services: according to Google's own retention policies.
6. Your choices
- Use the app without signing in. If you do sign in, you can sign out any time in Settings.
- Allow or deny location access, or choose your Panchang city by hand.
- Turn notifications off in the app or in Android settings.
- Turn off Settings → Advance Settings → Personalized ads to stop sending your advertising ID with our promotion records.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Email us to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account, with its settings backup and listening time, at any time:
- In the app (Hanuman Chalisa): Settings → Advance Settings → Account → Delete account.
- On the web, even without the app: delete your account by signing in with Google and confirming.
Deleting removes your account, its settings backup and its listening time from our server right away. Settings and listening time on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Records that aren't linked to your account (promotion statistics, and the analytics and crash reports handled by Google) aren't affected. If you never signed in, there's no account linked to you: the anonymous one isn't tied to your name or email address, so we can't find it from a request, and once you uninstall the app it's no longer used.
8. Children
Our apps are for a general audience and aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we may also let you know in the app.
